Anyone know of a pliates class in vevey, or lausanne, for beginners. I've never tried it so am definitely beginner!

Yes. you can contact the Lausanne Palace and ask them. The people there are from the best pilates center of Geneva - Swissbody. Ask for the teacher Veronique, she is really nice.

This one in Lausanne (Place St. Francois) uses the machines. Some people prefer this method.
