HI!

I am new to the Laussane area. I just moved here from the United States and I'm excited to meet new people who share similar interests interests in yoga, meditation, the healing arts and spirituality.

By profession, I'm an Ashtanga, Restorative and Kundalini yoga instructor for over 30 years, a breathworker, meditation instructor and Ayurvedic health counselor for 10. I am currently doing private classes in English at my location and online.
