I have to go to the doctor today for the first time since moving. Any advice on what to expect? My palms are sweating, I'm so nervous. Somebody calm me down!

Just remind yourself that the doctor's job is to take care of YOU. Regardless of why you're going to the doctor, this is something good you are doing for yourself.
They get to worry about you, so you don't have too.
