Hello there,
Autumn is upon us with golden and red leaves and I am looking for nice nature areas to go for a walk/hike (duration 1 to 5h) to see all the colours of the season.
I live in Lausanne, and ideally I wouldn't need to travel more than 1h-1.5h by public transport to get to the hike. I've seen a lot of conifers on my summer hikes, but they don't change colours.
Do you know of nice autumn hikes in the region? Please tell me or show me photos...
Thanks and nice day to all!

Morges? Yens? The hike begins less than 5 minutes from the train station. You can do a ~2hr loop that goes to Chateau Vufflens and back.
The trees don't look like the photos (from last year) just yet. Maybe wait another week or two.
thanks! Looks perfect.
I looked at some of the other albums, and it looks like the gorges by Tine - La Sarraz could also be something for about now?
Thanks again.

La Tine is neat. Definitely worth seeing. I think transit access is OK; getting from the village to the site will extend your hike a bit.
