It is quite difficult in the center of Lausanne. I've tried Dr. Gumowski this week but the first appointnemt for a new patient is in august!!! There is a new Dermatologue in Le Mont sur Lausanne Dr. NOEL and I've got an appointnemt for the beginning Mai. You can also write him par mail. No idea about the price!

Thanks! Last time I have tried to book an appointment at the department of Dermatology at the CHUV.... I think they are good, but the waiting list was quite long (around 1 month, so too long for me).... I thought that the waiting lists for private doctors were shorter, but apparently it is not the case :-(
