can anybody recommend a decent and cheapish plumber in lausanne? Or, is anybody familiar with a gerberit up200 toilet cistern that continues to flow water after cistern fills after flush.. 

Existing quotes are circa 200francs quid to fix what i basically think is a weak rubber seal. If anybody has any tips id appreciate it.
