On very short notice I have a one in a lifetime chance for a cheap and nice apartment in Lausanne – actually my current appartment I lived in for nearly 5 years:

-          very central Lausanne – 10 min to central station Lausanne by foot, 10 min by foot to the lake,  10 Min by foot to city center, alternatively bus station very close by, still the apartment is very quiet situated (adresse : Avenue de Solange in Lausanne)

-          Parking: Blue zone – maccaron costs ~ 240 CHF / 6 months – parking is always available – never had a problem in 5 years to find a parking space

-          2 rooms + kitchen + bathroom – ca. 55-60m²

-          costs: 1250,- / Monat including all (phone / tv / internet is extra)

-          Internet: Fibre optical available

 When? ASAP:

-          I could move out beginning of August - am aiming to be out latest 01.09.

-          The appartment is NOT on the market – I will define a potential new candidate I will present to the regie and the house owner

-          First come first serve

Why? I have the chance to move closer to work – it came up this weekend – now I am rushing a bit. 

This is a very good chance for people who can decide fast and like Lausanne. I loved living there as it is very good situated.
