Cloverfield

Just watched Cloverfield purely as I was curious from the title which gave nothing away. It's basically a monster movie, but from the view point of a small collection of friends and using a camcorder. It soon draws you into the movie as it seems so personal, and the monster is seen so infrequently that the drama seems more real. If you find shaky camera work and flashing lights off putting , I would choose something else, but if you like an interesting movie with action I can recommend it.
