Discovered this yesterday. If you have a Fnac card and go to one of the Pathe theaters (Balexert) on a Thursday, you can buy up to two tickets for only CHF13.50.
I don't know how long they will do this, but it's a pretty good deal. So, Thursdays, you and a friend and a Fnac card at a Pathe theater; go!

The other option with Pathe is to buy their "Friends" card. It costs CHF 10.- but you cant then load it with 5 or 10 tickets @ CHF 13.50 each. As the average ticket is CHF 17.50 it's fully amortized after 4 movies. What's more, the card is transmissible and can be used for groups.
