Should I preorder from them or does anyone have any ideas about somewhere in Geneva where I can get one in english?

You can preorder it at Off the shelf, the english bookstore. www.offtheshelf.ch
They had a discount i think, but i m not sure if it is there any longer. The store is near planplais.

I'm sure that they will be organizing something. At the very least, you can probably pre-order through them, so that it arrives on the 21st.
I'm sure that you can pre-order through Amazon, amazon.uk or .fr or .de, but I don't know if they'll guarantee delivery for the 21st.
I'll be in the States and my dad pre-ordered copies for me, my sister and him (my mom doesn't mind waiting until one of us finishes whereas the rest of us would find it agony!).
It's only 43 days!!! :)
