If you are a fan of action movies, super heroes... then go for it. You have the cynical guy that realises that there is more to life than big cars and beautiful girls and turns into a super hero. He has no special powers but builds a super armor. You have the bad guys... and the really bad guy. The movie is entertaining, fun and with a few really good jokes.
When you have everything you might just have nothing... so treasure the really important things in life. You might then turn into a super hero, at least for the ones you really count for!
In a nutshell good action, solid plot, nice jokes and excellent fun.
