Re: Movies you've watched a thousand times over...
I find the OP a bit confusing.. as for me my all time faveourite movies are not necessarily ones I can watch over and over again.. like some people mentioning The Pianist and the OP listing Life is beautiful.. both are masterpieces, great movies I absolutely loved but don't think can rewatch them due to the difficult subject matter it becomes an absolute ordeal.
Anyhow here's my guilty pleasures ones I'd watch a 100 times or more
Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs (probably did watch a thousand times)
4 weddings and a Funeral, Notting Hill, Love Actually
Annie Hall, Manhattan, Anything Else, Match Point, Bullets over Broadway
Lost in Translation (soon to beat Pulkp Fiction :-) , Groundhog Day
Casablanca, Maltese Falcon, The big Sleep, Treasure of Sierra Madre
His Girl Friday, Scarface (original howard hawks version) , Rio Bravo
The good the bad the Ugly, For a few dollars More, A Fistful of dollars
Snatch, Lock STock and two smoking Barrells, RocknRolla
Dumb and Dumber, The Mask, Liar Liar
Scarface ( Brian De Palma's version), Blow Up, The untouchables
Hors de Prix (Priceless) , Apres Vous, Ne le Dis a Personne, La cite de la peur, Les Bronzes (the first one) , Les Gendarme de St. Tropez, OSS 117
It's a Wonderful life, The lady Eve, Sullivan's Travels, Unfaithfully Yours, Mr. deed goees to washington (absolute comedy gems)
