A university professor that is half depressed and quite desperate since his wife died, lives a boring live. One day because one of his colleague is sick he goes to New York to present a paper at a conference. He has an apartment in New York that he has not been using for quite a while and when he comes in there are two illegal immigrants in it. From there starts a weird friendship between them.
The movie is excellent, touching and points to the sad destiny of illegal immigrants and the shortcomings of our systems to threat those question fairly and with humanity.
In a nutshell an intelligent and great movie, very touching... just excellent.
