online movie rentals Geneve

Dear All:

Just moved to Geneva. I was looking at the sites in the internet for a "Netflix(USA) kind of service (abonement-so many DVDs mailed 2 u-on return new ones sent from ur waiting list). I would apreciate if you could indicate which of the services has more variety in the artsy/european golden era movie library (De Sica, Visconti, Passolini, Goddard, Truffaut, Antonioni, Fellini, etc.. Also if anybody is organizing outings to movies+dinner in the city or to festivals, please count me in.

well i can recommend you NOT use DVDFLY.COM. I cancelled with 23 emails in various languages and a registered letter and they still insist on billing me. They do not respond to emails and there is no simple way to cancel it by their site. As far as I can tell there is no possible way to cancel from the site, which is deliberately done to keep you in. When I call them all they do is say send an email to tech support giving them 2 months notice, which I already did months ago. And they never answer. Now I get letters from their lawyer too. Plus its expensive.



Probably one of the worst companies in Switzerland.
