And for certified legal streaming ;): www.spotify.com, if you live in France or pay the monthly 10eur for the premium, worldwide, ad-free license.
Ripping may be possible, too, by using third-party software.. and legal, as far, as they say themselves. Not, that I tried it, since the free version is sufficient for me.
Other sites: musicme.com, hulu.com (US-only)
Video: Vuze HD Network (the only legal part of the site ;)
and, of course, www.peerguardian.com, though you won´t need that for UseNext, but for p2p.. definitely, as a minimum.

engine. Not tooooo sure about legality issues with that one though...
Ive got friends that use it but I prefer bluewin TV with their VOD service :-)
