Write something up on the new members forum - was the advice.

Well, I recently moved from Zurich into a flat in Pully (very near Pully port). I have visited Switzerland in general, and Geneva/Lausanne/Montreux area in particular since 2002. My primary home is in Colorado. I come to Switzerland to explore and enjoy what life has to offer. I split my time between Colorado and Switzerland - about 50/50.

I have traveled through and experienced much of Europe, Asia and North America. People, cultures and ideas intrigue me.

I am interested in meeting up with

- anyone in and around Pully (or Lutry or Ouchy or Lausanne) interested in spontaneously planned walks, water adventures or other activities with stimulating conversations
- anyone from Lac Leman area interested in day trips to explore nearby places/culture or to explore great restaurants
- anyone who loves to cook great food with fresh seasonal stuff (I will take the risk of eating your experimental results!!; seriously, I will help ...because, I enjoy cooking as well).
- anyone who feels it is more fun to explore and do things with 2 or more people
- anyone who needs someone for help with moving or adjusting in their small town or whatever
