Hi everyone. I did join here some time ago but have only just got round to saying hello. I'm Mike from Yorkshire and live right out on the in Kanton St Gallen, Flumserberg, to be precise where I breed rare Swiss chickens and sell British Farmhouse Cheese. Honestly.
I'll be down in Geneva a couple of times this year promoting British Cheese (I'll leave the chooks on the farm though) and I hope to meet some of you then.

The only one who likes English cheese more than me is Wallace (Friend of Grommit), partial to a bit of Stilton

Thanks for the welcome everyone. Wallace & Grommit - they are also from Yorkshire and love the local Wensleydale cheese. When the films are dubbed into other languages though their favourite cheese becomes cheddar, 'cos no one outside of the UK would know what Wensleydale is!
