Hey all,
I've just arrived in Geneva. I have a creative sense of humour, an appalling French accent and a bottle of unopened Absinth. Looking for some people to go out and laugh with. Let me know if you're interested?
Also, while I’m mid-rant can anyone tell me the proper way to roll sushi. Every time I try it ends up looking more like baby food than elegant Japanese cuisine. How do you get it to stick together?
Talk to you soon,
Russ.

Get in touch with Kiriel about your sushi issues. She has offered workshops before and is an excellent teacher!
