Thought I'd stop by and introduce myself...
I'm Kirsty, loving living in Neuchâtel, having been here a month. I'm determined to learn French as quickly as possible, so any tips would be welcome!
I love sport and the outdoors, and have taken up rugby since I've been here, which is great for my language learning, but terrible for bruises :)
Oh, and I love skiing (I guess that's pretty much a given, for somebody moving to this part of the world...) so looking forward to hearing all your expert tips about where to go.
I'm also a big fan of live music (indie/rock style) and used to get to quite a few gigs in London. I know there isn't as much here, but if anyone's planning something, please let me know.
I will get myself organised to come down to one of the Lausanne / Geneva events soon. But there must be more people here from Neuchâtel - where are you all hiding???

Thank you Bertrnand!
I am doing all of the above with French - I've even got Scrubs and Friends in French, which is great as I know the plot so I can follow it even when I don't understand everything.
Oh, and I switched my facebook to French :) Now I can watch tv and go on facebook, and call it educational!
