Bonjour/Hello everyone in Glocal!!

This is Raamesh, in Lausanne, studying in EPFL for my Masters in Energy Management, from India, moved here last September, so its already been quite a while !!

A friend of mine from Romania, suggested me this site, and I kind of loved the name "Glocal", and the idea (Global+Local),and so logged in, made my account, and thankfully it got approved and so "here I am" introducing myself :D

Earlier i thought, Glocal, must be for the working professionals, and as a student I may be a misfit, but while creating my profile, I saw "Student" as option, and was relieved !! :)

So introduction..Hmmm..I am from India ( damn..i said already!), an Electrical Engineer, worked for 5 years, before deciding to go back to school for my Masters, opted for EPFL, because of its reputation (and ofcourse the fact that they agreed to give me some financial grant), and last year, during the winters could see snow for the first time in my life..and it was great !! (Thank you Suisse!!) haha

Mostly I am fun, humorus (sometimes..dark humor and sarcasm at its best) and fun to talk with, can be shy or just too open, depends on time and people..even I am not sure ! Loves to travel..but mostly fan of inertia !! :)

I am hoping to catch up with more of Glocals around me in Lausanne or cities around..
