Hello All,

Tried to come up with a creative introductory thread title .. clearly I failed.

Anyways, I moved to Lausanne about a month ago to join a research project at the University of Lausanne and pursue my PhD.   Finding it a bit tough to meet people and on the recomendation of a mate from New Zealand who lived here years ago I thought I would give glocals a try.

Looking forward to attending a few of the events/things to do in the coming weeks
