Hi everyone, I've just arrived in Geneva and I'm eager to meet people. I'm here for a year and very excited to get to know the city and excited for ski season as well. I'm originally from Boston and I graduated from Swarthmore College in the US this spring. I spent the summer traveling around the Balkans solo and had the time of my life. After my year here I hope to have enough French to go work in Francophone Africa.
I'd love to meet people and I'd also appreciate it if someone could point me to a good place to watch baseball and football.

Its The Great Escape (www.the-great.ch) in Lausanne. Yeah I'm definitely a fan, Pats mostly but I do enjoy baseball, hockey and some Celtic 'ball as well. Check my profile pic :D

Close enough. Providence, Rhode Island, and thereabouts. Love Boston though so I'm constantly there as well. Always make a point to go to a Pats game when I go back and make it to Fenway as well if the Sox are playing.
