I came to Switzerland to be with my british lady who works here in Lausanne, yet as an American I have had incredible difficulty aquiring a work permit/job. The situation is very frustrating and I would greatly appreciate any leads or advice concerning how I might land a permit or a job. I have experience teaching, in construction/plumbing, in sales, and I am willing to try anything and learn quickly.
Thanks and please don't advise to marry her. I have been told that before and it's a tall order I can't quite serve for the moment.
