Dear friends and friends of friends,
It has been a while that I was thinking to come up with an idea of a platform to share and keep up with the feelings and thoughts of a community of friends, in a pleasant and feasible way. And I found GOL a potential excellent mean for it. I'm looking forward to meet a lot of you in GOL events. But because of my time/space constraints, I would not be able to meet all of you and learn from your feelings and thoughts. As I am a "visual" person, and I have some passion for photography, I've developed a photoblog web site which is supposed to be a visual diary of a community of friends; the idea of "a picture tells the story that thousands of words can not!"

There are a couple of photo albums with different themes (right panel) and I am expecting you to kindly send me the photos that either are taken by you or not, but impressed you or expresses what you have in mind or heart recently. I will put the photo in the album named "Recent photos" and also in the album with the theme that you think is most relevant to the photo. If your photo does not fit into any available albums, please suggest a new album and I'll make it.
Please follow the below naming convention for the image file that you are going to send me and try to make not too heavy, let's say not more than 200 KB:
"Album's name + place /setting the photo is taken+ a short description of your feelings/thoughts about the photo+ date + your name and the name of photographer (if different); you can put "no comment", if you would not want to express your feelings/thoughts about the photos in words.
Please email me your photos at: [email protected]
This is not going to be one time job, so ideally, it would be great if you could send me one photo (at least per week or if not, per month, or per year or per decade …!), to let me and other friends know what was your dominant feeling/thoughts or what impressed you most in the last couple of days …
