Geneva in January, looking for 3-4 months housing with my girlfriend

Bonjour à tous: My girlfriend and I will be coming to Geneva in the winter for a few months -- most likely from the end of January to the end of April. Obviously I'm not trying to crash at anyone's place for a season, but I was wondering if there were any ideas about where we should look for housing. We'd pay New York prices, but it doesn't even look like there's anything available.
She will be doing an externship at the UN from Michigan Law, and I will be writing a book, slowly, working mostly from home.
Anyway, any advice at all would be awesome. (Anything in the $2400/mo range or lower.)

Hi. Maybe you can go to homegate.ch
You can put in specifics there (like price range, size, location) and they will alert you if they find a match. We found our apartment that way.
