What an amazing itinerary! So, you really are going to America...
From what you wrote in your profile, you are making the trip by land. A couple of observations: I hope you are planning to drive down the peninsula of Baja California. There is a ferry that will take you from La Paz, at the southern end, to the mainland. Much better than driving through the desert of Sonora. In Panama, you will have a problem getting to Colombia through the jungle of El Darien. There is a gap of 60 kilometers, so you will have to ship your car from Colon to Cartagena by container. There used to be a ferry service but it was closed in 2015. Depending on the route you follow, there may be some challenging routes in South America, but they may be the most instructive areas.
Best of luck.
