Good evening everyone,
My name is Nick and I will am planning on moving to Geneva this september hopefully. I will be visiting in August to handle errands and look for an apartment in person and checking out the International Univeristy of Geneva where I will be
studying for the next 3 years.
Im coming from Hawaii and enjoy pretty much all sports and activities.
I dont think ill be able to get much surfing done in switzerland but Im sure theres quite a few other things that would spark my interest.
I am quite a social person so if anyone would want to show me around this august and even have some potential leads on a place to live, please let me know!

May I suggest that you start surfing the site? For example, the Classifieds for housing where you can find offers as well as place an ad. of your own.
You can also check the Groups and Members tabs to find like-minded members plus “Things to do” for the latest news of upcoming activities.
As you’ll see, there’s plenty of choice so all the best for your move,

Unfortunately, I believe my visa will only allow me to live in switzerland, but if you know of a way I can change that, I am willing to try and change that?

I have a friend working for the UN who is going out of the country for work and has a fully furnished appartment he will be renting while gone. It will give you some time to find a place as it is difficult to find housing in Geneve. I can send you photos and price info if your still looking. Let me know.
