Good morning to everyone!

I'm an italian student and I'm planning to move in GVA from next september to start a PhD.

I'm so excited! I already lived in GVA 2 years ago for a stage and I fell in love with this city....I lived in a foyer so, even if the research of a room was long, I didn't have problems to find a place to stay.

Now the situation it's different... I was thinking, with my boyfriend (He already works in GVA) to rent a studio/apart together... We saw some régie websites, but we didn't understand how it works with them!

So I'd like to ask you if you kindly can suggest me what is the better way to start to look for an apartment, if you have suggestions about when we have to start, if it is "mandatory" to go to the régie, etc...
