...I'm Stefania, new to GoL yes...but in general new to on-line forums...it's great! I browsed a bit and you guys really seem to be having a lot of fun!!!
I moved to Lausanne from Rome one year for work ago and I love it!!!
I'd love to meet new people and go out a bit more in Geneva. In fact, I don't know that city at all...
I'll join some of GoL events, maybe not so often in the week...but I will...I love skiing, and I saw you have a ski outing...
So...I'm really looking forward to meeting "you"...and if you ever come to Lausanne, let me know...there are great things to do here too!!

welcome to GOL. It is a great place, and you've 'met' some of the key people who help make it so good already (Sherri and Elguiri...).
There are many members who, like you, do not know the town...I heard some talk of a GOL activity being organised to help members get to know Geneva. Will let you know if I hear more...

Are you enjoying living in Lausanne? My husband and I live in Geneva but are considering moving there after the summer since he recently got a job in Lausanne. I have only been there once so I don't know much about the city. I am curious to know how you are getting along there and what you have been doing to meet people in the Lausanne area.

Hi Julian,
I see you mentioned "forty's" group. I have been told there is a 40's + group who meet every month?? I dont know where to look....I would like to meet people in that and older group,
