Hello everyone!
My name is Adam, and I am very glad to be coming to Geneva this September to take up a doctoral student position at CERN and EPFL. I'm looking forward to getting to know people and joining the community! Besides physics, I'm also interested in science communication (and interned before at the European Parliamentary Research Service's Scientific Foresight Unit) - as well as hiking, swimming, travel, and literature.
I'm also currently looking for housing, hopefully close to CERN (in Meyrin, Saint-Genis Pouilly, or along rt. de Meyrin) - so any tips or leads would be very appreciated! My budget is somewhere around the 1500CHF range, hopefully furnished but OK if not.
