Hello All !
I'm a swiss national (Genevan...I know...nobody is perfect), born in Colombia and lived in Rio for 17 years. My parents brought me here kicking and screaming and I'm still here after 35 odd years even though I would MUch rather be by the sea in a warm, sunny place.
Originally, I wanted to be a beach bum, then a marine biologist but I landed in Geneva and tried out medecine for 2 years. I then went through dark ages and all sorts of wierd jobs, did a night course in computing while cleaning planes, a stint at Digital, the ICRC and ...PRESTo...I'm now doing computer support in a medical research Center. I also managed to get a BSc in biology with computers at the Open University at the ripe age of 52 just before my hair and teeth fall out. I'm really pleased about that !! :))
Looking forward to speaking with some of you and talking about Life, the Universe and EveryThing !!
Have a lovely day,
Ken.

Hi Scientist !
Hehe...being a beach bum isn't easy as you have to be really resourceful and brave all sorts of uncertainties....but you probably now all that better than I.
Thanks for the welcome ! What part of the land of Oz do you come from ?
Cheers,
Ken.
