I'm very interested in all sorts of artistic and cultural events and activities, and also in practicing French... I speak fluently Romanian, Russian and English, so if you're interested, let me know!

Welcome to Geneva and glocals. I'm sorry you're finding it difficult to meet new people during this summer season (a lot either leave on vacation or are busy with the end of the year studies).
There are plenty of places, not only for art, but also for other cultural activities. Currently the music festival is ongoing and the urbanatur event (ie plants everywhere in geneva, and green lounging couches to share with people).
For practicing French, you can have a look at the "Exchange Things" section of the forum or the Groups.
Don't hesitate to ask questions here in the forum or message people, they are usually quite nice and friendly.
