The best way to meet friends here is to sign up for Things To Do. There are frequent "New Members Drinks" and weekend parties and sports activities. There's a Russian Friends club in case you want to let your guard down and говорить по-русский..... People from glocals often meet at La Terrasse after work.

The opportunities are really numerous.

I'm moving to Geneva in 3 weeks, I'm from New Zealand (but originally Dutch), would love to meet you Natalia since I'll be a newbie like you! (Although you have a head start on me...) I'm 28 and have been travelling around Europe the last two months.

Also Holly, I'm going to be a nanny there as well so would be great to meet up at some stage as well!
