Hi, I'm a female student who moved to Geneva on Thursday to complete a three month internship. I like sports, including NHL hockey (Canucks fan) as well as football (soccer) and especially American football given that the superbowl is tomorrow. I wouldn't mind finding some cool things to do in the city thst involve cheap but delicious food or cheap but fun entertainment. well it's now 4am here and I should probably try to eliminate what remains of my jet lag. Nice to see an NHL fan, I like the Canucks, but since I am from California, I would have to say I am a big Ducks fan. Enjoy your time in Switzerland, if you ever make it over to the German part let me know.

Welcome to Geneva:) I lived in Canada and love the country and people from it:) haha, if you find any cheap and delicious food or cheap and fun entertainment, let me know! They should exist theoretically.

A great cafe, not totally cheap, average but better than average food is Cafe Art, Rue de Paquis, nice atmosphere. for amazing bakery and vibes go to the Chez Quartier, Rue Voltaire. Only the locals know it. But not for long!
