I just moved to Lausanne from Hong Kong and am looking to make some new friends. I am a big time city girl and therefore LOVEEEEE Geneva. Welcome to Geneva all of you.. don't expect big thing for this town, but still there's a lot of nice people to meet, and glocals is a fine place to do a bunch of things!



Don't miss this weekend la fête de la musique, there will be music everywhere in town, from rock to jazz to electronic!



to bad i'm going to work at night there :( but stills, during the day it's great!! and the weather is helping us too :)



For the rest there's plenty of places to visit, expos, parks, old town (well shops!!) and pretty good events to!!



I don't post so much here on the forum, but feel free to drop a line, guy or girl i don't care, life's to boring to do stuff alone, isn't it ?!!!

There is also an organistion for Dutch speaking people in the Geneve the NVG (NVG.nl) they organise a drink every last thursday of the month.

you arrived at the best period of the year (actually, winter is great too if you like skiing ;) ), plenty of events and activities.

i'm going to a reggae concert at the "jardin anglais" (by the lake and free of course) if someone wants to join.
