Hi all.
I have just arrived in Geneva yesterday for a new job in public health field. Since I am new here, I would like to make some friends who share similar hobbies and explore what this pretty city has to offered. I like playing tennis and have brought two tennis rackets to Geneva. I am not competitive kind of player but could be if this is what you are looking for... I enjoy hitting ball and running around. Let me know if you are also a tennis freak.
I am also a kitesurfer. I wanted to bring my kitesurfing gear from Taipie but didn't know if I can actually kitesurf in Geneva lake. It would be great. I like all kind of outdoors sports..rock climbing..hiking..cycling(but need to get a new bike).etc
Since I don't speak French, I would like to take some French lessons with some people. If anyone is interested in learning Mandarine(offical Chinese) I would also like to do language exchange(I am also learning Spanish). Salsa and other latin dances are really cool, I wonder if anyone knows placese to go...
Ok, these are pretty much enough to keep me busy and enjoy life there...

welcome to GOL and G'va...am not a pro tennis player but i luv it (mostly i can hit the ball OVER the net, hehe) but there's loads of tennis ppl on the site so no worries!
4 the other stuff, loads of activities out there as well and i'm sure u will njoy urself on GOL : D
