Hello Glocals, I've just arrived in Echallens with my three kids (12, 10, 7) and partner who is working in Lausanne. I'd like to meet other families with kids in the area, to get a bit of a social life going.

To give you a bit of background, we moved from the UK to France in 2011, so the kids all speak fluent French. We thought the move to Switzerland would be easier, given that there was no language barrier, but it hasn't proved so. The kids are all having trouble making friends, which is very out of character for them, and the Swiss children in general appear to be unwelcoming.

I'd like to give my kids a bit of a break by introducing them to some ex-pat families, people perhaps in a similar situation, that they can chat to and relax with. 

And if anyone could tell me how to turn my profile pic around, I'd be very grateful :)
