Salsa Geneva (Vernier) - classes by Rochdi / Yassin are one of the best.

Since you're looking for close to Cornavin, you can try at the Brasseur des Grottes, 6 rue de la servette.
A friend of mine took bachata classes there, and she was happy with the classes..
(She's less happy about the dance evenings there, since according to her, there are too many sleezy guys, less interested in dancing than in other things.)

El Pueblo (rue Cendrier). http://www.salsastyle.ch/
Scandale (rue de Lausanne). Salsa every Tuesday evening. (I currently take salsa/bachata classes with them, but not at this venue.)
Also lots of other dance schools in Geneva. Let me know if you need more info.
