Hello Lena I imagine you mean hiking groups rather than hiking group ,if so there is for instance this group https://www.facebook.com/groups/679674886788404/?ref=share who organises hikings almost every week in Suisse Romande the french part of Switzerland, there is also another group which organises in the german part of Switzerland
