Hello, my name is Miki, i have been living in France for about a year now, Im from Czech Republic, so I speak only english and my native, i speak very lil bit french :))
Im very very shy person, I live with my bf and his parents and have no friends here, im going a bit crazy from it, since im really not social person at all! But i would love to change that, Im really missing some friend just to talk to or hang out.
We live close to Geneva, in town called Divonne. If there is some nice soul who feels the same as me (a bit lost and lonely xD ) please write me! Im also really interested in learning french :( but its not very easy just on my own :)

If you can get to Geneva or surrounding towns, like everyone says, find an event in Things to Do that sounds interesting or find a Group that fits you (e.g. under 30 group or the new Divonne <20/30 group), and take part.
For things in Divonne, have you heard of Culture-Langue? It's an association based in the Pays de Gex and they have events in Divonne, Cessy, Gex, etc. Might be worth looking into, especially to learn French.
