Looking to meet people in and around Zurich :)

Hi everyone,


So, after living here in Zurich for near on three months and finally getting my life together in terms of the boring stuff (flat, job, admin etc), I'd love to go out on a whim here and try to meet some new people for some fun and friendly times :)


My details in brief - I'm here from London for a year, possibly longer, doing a placement with Triumph International (the Lingerie, not the motorbikes ;) ), 25 years old, typically British in the sense that I can't speak a word of anything but English (- sorry), new to living abroad but excited at the prospect of being here for a while.


I really want to throw myself into the experience and develop a life for myself here - learn some German, get to know the city and surrounding areas intimately, etc - and it would be great to do some of those things with some people who don't mind getting in touch with a new friendly face :)


Got to say, it's quite daunting being new to the city and this site, but I'm open minded to any (clean) suggestions, so feel free to contact me :)

Welcome! :)


Im originally swiss (my mother is swiss, my father tunesian), but just moved back to Zürich after nearly a year abroad (first India and then New York - yes quite a culture shock in know). Im also in the process of getting my life together again and start anew here. I've lived in Zürich before for one and a half years, working as a training and retail manager for Kiehl's (an american skincare brand). While staying abroad I got more into yoga and can't wait to start teaching my own yoga classes here in Zürich.


The thing I probably loved most about New York was meeting people from all over the world. It makes conversations so interesting and Im a very open and friendly person who enjoyes life and is genuinely interested in other people.


So let me know if you want to have coffee one day or do something in the city. I might go to the glocal event tomorrow evening at Hiltl .. lets stay in touch :)

Or ehsaans drinks on the same night.


And of course Saturday drinks at toto on seefdstrasse from 8pm
