I m no more in this business but : 

Assura is one of the cheapest insurance and one of the fairest if you re ok with their philosophy. They don t have good image because lots of broker propose this compagny because of the price without explaining what to expect. So,if you re still young, in good health my advice : take the basis insurance with high franchise 2500 + optional coverage like privat hospital.

You can also go to groupe mutuel, the biggest compagny in Switzerland...

Benoit, would you mind if I ask administration to delete all the posts related to the company? we sat to talk and i could see it was just an misuderstanding, so in the end they solved it and we reach an agrrement, so I think than to be fair and honest in return i must delete all and say that they were fine with me.

I just want to say here that I had an initial problem with my company, but we sat to talk, we discovered that it was just a misunderstanding that they were willing to solve, so we reached an agreement.

 I must speak well about MUTUEL. Positive: their will to be fair and overcome misunderstandings.
