Hi there all you glocals users. I'm new to this community and can't wait to share some nice moments together with all of you. I live in the Geneva area and know it very very well as was born here. I have lived abroad mostly in North and South America but am living back here know and working for Columbia Sportswear. I have joined this community to be able to meet more people living here in my city as I feel that the english speaking community of geneva is much more interesting to be around then the locals who tend to be closed minded and not so friendly. Anyways, thats my story for you guys in a nut shell.

If you do not have enough fun in Geneva, there is nightlife in Lausanne ;-) or just take a plane to a big city, at least we are well located to join another city ;-)

hi Andrew, welcome to glocals and welcome back to Geneva. I'm sure glocals will help you to meet plenty of new interesting friends from the expats community. And it sounds like you have a lot of expat experiences to share on your side too!

Hey there TSATSA, I have loads of fun here don't you worry. I know lausanne nightlife is on another level then here in geneva (well lets hope this will stay like that due to the recent talks about making lausanne safer at night) but I still prefer geneve night life. But thanks for the advice, I appreciate it. take care
