New In Town from London

Hi Everyone,

I've just arrived in Geneva to start a new job. I am living out of a hotel at the moment and have until Jan to find an appartment. Afraid to say I dont speak any French yet but intend to start learning very soon.

I took my first tram today in the city centre!! Would really like to meet new people as i'm a bit starved of conversation (only been here 5 days). I will def come along to some of the events but wanted to introduce myself and say hi!!

Looking forward to meeting new people in the same situation and start enjoying a new life in Switzerland

Bye for now

Paul

Hey Paul,

Welcome to Geneva!

A big change from London...so I'm guessing that what brings you here is either P&G, or the UN, or a Bank. Did I get it right? (-:

By the way, I just saw this other forum question about London. Maybe you could help out that guy...

See you at one of the activities,

Nir
