Hi,

I have also just arrived in geneva [ this week only] and I am in the sam boat as you are - Disastorous French and Looking for people to hangout. Went to Nyon on the first day itself and I must say the views in Nyon are breathtaking. Currently I am travelling around in europe and switzerland using geneva as base and in the mean time I am exploring geneva and trying to make friends here in the city itself. If you ever come to geneva would be happy to show you whatever I have seen here.

Hi. You should probably join the Nyon Group in Glocals. They often organize activities around the Nyon-Gland area.

You can also take the initiative to organize something (drinks, resto). That works very well to meet people. 

I am in the area too in case you seek advice.

thanks for the advice ! I will sure do join that group, since most of the time I spent in Nyon/Gland rather then Geneva.
