I'm originally from Geneva (with Dutch parents) and have lived a while in the UK. Just moved to Zurich for a job and hope to meet new people, learn "Schweizerdeutsch" and have a good time.
(Speak English and French fluently, decent Dutch and German).
I'm very sporty (Rugby, Gym anything really) and would probably be keen to get involved on that front.
Anything else, just ask.

You traiter! You left us in Geneva to move to Ze Zurich folks! I jest, and hope you'll love Zurich. I think it's a great city, and everytime I'm there I toy with the idea of how much fun it would be to live there for a while.

Alex,
Zurich is a hip town! The Glocal crowd has grown 10folds in the last 18months and more and more activities being posted. If you've been out in UK awhile, try joining the cricket team (yawn) ;)
Nir, we know you just want to party with Ehsaan every wednesdays! (LOL)
this reminds me, maybe i should start learning german now so if/when i find my way back there, i'll be ready for either language! :P

@Nir, It's definitely a great place. I'm back on weekends in GE quite a bit to see old friends etc but I can see a clear difference between cities. Im leaning towards preferring Zurich at the moment, if anything just for it's "urban" funky feel.
