Hey folks,

I arrived in Geneva just last week as part of a work secondment which will see me out here for at least 12m.  I am British and have been based in London for the last 3 years.

My first impressions of the place are great....the weather has been fantastic since i arrived, the fete in full swing, and there seems to be lots to do and see- especially being a very outdoors-oriented person.

One problem though....I know nobody in town!  So if there is anyone on here who fancies exploring Switzerland, drinks/lunches/dinners, or just generally trying to get the most out of this fantastic country.....please do drop me a line.
