Hello and a Happy New Year to everyone in here.
Yes, being born in Lausanne makes me quite a local glocal, I guess; though I have actually only moved to the area just some years ago.
I have always worked in large multi-national firms and organisations and have been travelling quite a lot for work, meeting people from all sorts of cultures and environments.
I have just joined the site and will be happy if I can keep meeting and exchanging with people from various horizons.
Sorry but I'm not the kind of Swiss guy who could ski before walking, even though I do ski...hem...occasionally...during good weather...and I'd be absolutely unable to teach anyone how to play cards for the Swiss "jass" game. Oh, and I don't keep a machine gun in my cupboard, sorry for breaking all these myths. However, this should not prevent us from sharing a glass of wine, as I plan to attend the New Year's drinks on Jan. 9th and 23rd in Lausanne, looking forward to meeting some of you there.
