I just moved from New York City to Geneva.
Would like to meet some friends to share free time with.
I am English and Russian speaking, learning French.

Welcome Irina! I guess that you will soon notice sizeable differences between NY and Geneva... ;) If you want to learn French and socialize at the same time, I advise you to take part to the French-English exchange meeting every Saturday afternoon. Just join the group and you will be noticed about next meetings:

As for outdoor activities, you moved here at the right moment, as spring has come (only according to the calendar for the moment, but the weather should improve soon).
