New to Switzerland from sunny Australia

G'Day, Mate!

I arrived here 6 weeks ago, and I'm here in the Land of Chocolate, looking for  ajob. I recently completed my Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering in December, and, being a swiss citizen, I decided to make good on a passport and entry into Europe to see if I can make a name for myself over here!

I currently live in Bern with my Mum's cousin and his family, and it's good fun. However, their daughter is only 16, and, as I don't have a job, I don't get out often. I'd love to be able to get out there, meet new people, make connections and build a network of awesome friends.

I'm wild, loud, out-going, and (I like to think) funny!

Let's all have a party and get chatting!

Cheerio,

Erika G

welcome erika,

i believe bern is a nice city, nevertheless , geneva is more cosmopolitan i believe, i don t know if you can drive to lausanne on saturday as we are organizing a visit to the roman museum over there ( cf. geneva history club ),

you are very welcome to come around , discover a new city , new people ,as we are heading for a drink after the visit, and also discover some ancient history , specially if you are born and lived in australia !!
